Basically the time of shipping varies with the distance of the shipment. And local carriers will also affect delivery time. Normally, the time of shipment to different areas are followings:
The USA and Canada: 2-3 business days
Other countries in North America 4-6 business days.
United Kingdom: 3-5 business days.
Europe: 3-4 business days.
Australia and New Zealand: 3-4 business days.
Other countries in Oceania: 5-6business days.
South America: 4-7 business days.
East Asia and Southeast Asia: 2-4 business days.
Other Asian countries: 4-7 business days.
Africa: 5-7 business days.
Island countries on the ocean: 4-8 business days.
Note: The above days are all business days, during the major holidays, the number of airport freight will increase and the transportation will be delayed. If you need this dress urgently, please contact us in advance and inform us of the date you need. We will arrange it for you as soon as possible.
Our shipping costs depend on the total amount of your order and the country the dresses will be shipped to.
Note: We do not reimburse the customs duty charged by the country in which the customer is located. If there is a possibility that your country will charge customs duties, please state when you reply to the confirmation email. If there are any customs duties, please bear them by yourself.
5. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Generally, according to the complexity of the dresses, the required time are followings:
Wedding dresses: 3-6 weeks.
Bridesmaid dresses: 1-4 weeks.
The delivery time of accessories and swatches depends on our inventory and they can be shipped within 24 hours when we have sufficient stock.
Note: We will deal with your order within 24 hours and inform our tailors to start making your dresses. So if you want to cancel the order, please contact us within 24 hours, we will charge for cancellation of orders over 24 hours because the fabric used for the dress has already been cut. 6. NOTE
(1) After you understand the information above, you will better know how long it takes to get a dress. So we suggest you write a note or send us an e-mail to inform us of the date you want when you place an order. Then we can arrange the production better, and let you receive the dress as soon as possible.
(2) Once your order has been sent out, the shipping address can not be changed. So if you want to change the shipping address, please inform us as soon as possible. If you have to change the address, we can help you contact the express company, but it will incur costs, which will be borne by the customer.
(3) We will inform you of the tracking number after delivery, and you can check and track the order on the official website
(4) The color of the dress displayed on your computer or mobile-phone may be slightly different from the actual color, this is the problem of display equipment. So if you want to order the bridesmaid dresses in bulk, we recommend you to order our swatches and fabric samples to ensure that the colors of the dresses you finally receive are what you want.
